Beaver
Creek
Addition
Plans
have been finalized for the Beaver Creek Addition, a new residential area
adjacent to the Linton Country Club. The addition includes a large
wildlife habitat area for pheasants and waterfowl.
Included in the addition
are (29) lots ranging in size from just under two acres to over five acres.
Fourteen of the lots are along the south end of the golf course, while
the remaining fifteen lots are along 6th Avenue.
Owners and developers of
the project formed Beaver Creek Land Management LLP, which includes President
and CEO Brian Bosch, Vice President Jaysen Guthmueller, Secretary Dean
Mireau, Treasurer John Larson, Scott Larson and Ron Schara.
The management company will
be planting over 100,000 feet of trees in the wildlife area. The
planting will start in May of 2002 and will be completed by June of 2002.
Two dugouts will be constructed in the summer of 2002 in hopes of attracting
waterfowl to the area. Every lot has a spectacular view, while the
lots along the golf course will have access to the course via a golf cart.
The management company has
paid a good intention fee to the proposed south Central Rural Water System
for all of the (29) lots associated with the project. All of the
lots are large enough so they may each have their own septic system.
The new addition will be
regulated by a review committee to ensure the covenants are enforced, which
will help protect the rights of the property owners and also to help in
holding up the property values. Some of the specifications will regulate
the size and type of house that may be built.
The Beaver Creek Addition
is close enough to the conveniences of town, and also has beautiful views
and golf course access.
